A little about us.

Alwington Communities is a property management firm operating primarily out of the Kingston, Ontario region. Though new to the condominium world, we are not new to the industry. We are a sister company to Varsity Properties Inc., one of Canada's leading designers, builders, and managers of premium student living communities.

Our purpose is to create stronger communities. One of the many benefits of strong communal foundation is that creating deepers ties and partnerships with those around fosters happier residents. Happier residents make life easier for Board members. It's a win win. Besides, who doesn't want to be happy?
